The focus is on processes in which social and political structures are reassembled, boundaries between the private and public, real and fictitious are shifted, and uncertainty becomes the basic environment of existence. In this context, photography acts as a way of capturing and comprehending transitional states—from individual and bodily experience to social and technological changes.
In the open nomination for 2026, authors from 30 countries participated.
